What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
Lovely spa facilities and a friendly, attentive staff created a delightful atmosphere, making our stay feel luxurious. Ski rental on-site was highly convenient, further enhancing our experience in the beautiful mountain town.
A consistent sewage smell plagued our room throughout the stay, leading to discomfort. the shuttle service often had long wait times, which detracted from accessibility during peak ski hours.

Beautiful mountain views made our stay enjoyable.
The WiFi was horrendous. I had to sign in every 15 minutes. the elevators were far too small and slow, making it a hassle to move around. The lack of hot water in the shower was frustrating, especially after long days out in the cold. I also found the high prices for the buffet quite unreasonable for what was offered.

Despite its stunning location and breathtaking views, the overall experience fell short. The shuttle service was severely lacking, with long wait times and an unexpected fee for a short ride. The staff, unfortunately, seemed indifferent, offering little support or hospitality during our stay.

a mixed experience
The staff provided exceptional service, always polite and helpful. Housekeeping attended twice daily, ensuring the room remained immaculate. The spa area was splendid, with a lovely swimming pool available for relaxation after skiing. The breathtaking views from the property made every moment special, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our stay.
The room felt slightly cramped for a 5-star accommodation.

Had the kids in the Valtur-Land daycare, which kept them entertained. The restaurant service was consistently slow, especially during breakfast. Ski rental on-site made everything easy. The heated boot lockers were not functioning well.

More seating options in the restaurant would be helpful.

The room was fairly clean and comfortable with lovely mountain views, making it a pleasure to unwind after skiing. The spa facilities were modern and a great spot to relax, especially the unexpectedly large pool. the shuttle service was inconvenient, with the last bus too early at 17:00, leading to long walks to the cable car on several occasions. while breakfast was enjoyable, I found the selection slightly limited over the duration of my stay.
