We all loved this hotel's luxurious and exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre was a great way to relax after a day of skiing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. There were also sun loungers and a spa lounge to enjoy. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff always on hand to help. the restaurant served delicious food and the in-room breakfast was a wonderful touch.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and we were pleased with the stay. We appreciated the ski rental service that was available on site, which made it easy for us to hit the slopes right away. the spa area was also very nice, and we enjoyed the complimentary visit provided. the location of the hotel was great with stunning mountain views and a convenient shuttle service to ski areas.
There were some things we disliked. the staff seemed to be stretched thin during busy times and the service suffered as a result.

The location of the hotel is great as it provides easy access to the ski area. the free shuttle service runs till 5:30 pm and helps you reach the center for evening dinner. the staff is polite and helpful, and the spa and swimming pool are very nice.
The hotel lacked basic information for the guests, which made the check-out process quite lengthy.

The hotel offered a variety of in-house activities to keep guests entertained during their stay, including a swimming pool and an evening theater. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects was the convenience of being able to rent ski equipment directly at the hotel and having free shuttles to ski areas that ran until about 5 o'clock.
The hotel complex is quite large and hosts different hotel categories, which can lead to confusion and overcrowding. Despite their willingness to provide 5-star treatment, the staff looked stretched and service suffered.
